Website quote questions
- What should I send to get a website quote?
- Send your current website address, the services you want to promote and any features you need, such as booking or online sales. Mention whether you want to edit the site yourself and whether pages need to move from an old site.
- How do I choose between five and ten pages?
- Start with the services a customer needs to understand before calling. A five-page site suits a few core services; ten pages allow more services and buyer questions to have their own pages, with the final page plan agreed before the build.
- What is included in the fixed website price?
- The agreed build includes the page plan, copywriting, design, development, SEO basics and tracking. It also includes testing, launch, handoff, one revision round and a 30-day bug warranty.
- Which costs sit outside the website build?
- Hosting and software are listed separately, and moving an existing site is quoted for its size and complexity. Extra pages or features beyond the agreed build are quoted before work starts.
- Does a new website include monthly SEO?
- The build includes SEO foundations such as page titles, site structure and tracking. Ongoing local SEO and website updates are part of a separate monthly Growth Ops agreement, with each month’s work agreed in writing.
- Who owns the website after the final payment?
- The custom work is yours once paid for, and your domain and analytics stay in your name. Your agreement defines third-party licenses, hosting, software and responsibility for future updates.
